Acceptable Use Policy

MN Luxe Home is a marketplace built on trust. This policy defines the standards every user agrees to follow. Breaking it can lead to a warning, content removal, listing suspension, account ban, withholding of payouts, or referral to law-enforcement, depending on severity.

• Every listing must reflect a real, available property you’re authorised to market.
• Photos, videos, floor plans, and amenities must depict that exact property.
• Price, deposit, and fees displayed must be honoured.
• Do not post the same property multiple times to manipulate ranking.
• Update availability promptly; do not bait guests with stale listings.

• No harassment, threats, hate speech, or discrimination on protected characteristics.
• Reply to inquiries professionally and on time.
• Honour confirmed bookings unless an emergency forces cancellation.
• Reviews must be honest, first-person, and based on a real stay.

• You must own or have authority over the property you list.
• You must comply with local short-let, tax, and zoning laws.
• No illegal goods, services, or activities may be advertised.
• No sexually-explicit content or minors in any listing imagery.

• No scraping, reverse-engineering, or automated mass-access without written consent.
• No interference with security, rate-limiting, fraud detection, audit logging, or verification systems.
• No spam, bulk messaging, or unsolicited marketing through inquiries.
• No use of MN Luxe Home to artificially inflate referral / creator earnings.

Asking a user to pay outside MN Luxe Home, or to bypass our booking system to avoid fees, puts them at risk of fraud and breaks this policy. Repeated off-platform solicitations can permanently ban your account.

You may use AI tools to write descriptions, but the underlying facts must be true. Photos and videos must show the actual property — AI-generated, composited, or heavily retouched images that misrepresent the property are not allowed. Deepfake walkthroughs are a serious breach of verification rules.

Our Trust & Safety team uses automated risk signals (rate-limit events, duplicate detection, image reuse, account-risk scoring) and human review. Possible actions:

• Warning + content removal.
• Listing hidden, ranked down, or labelled as under-review.
• Suspension of the agent / agency account.
• Freezing of payouts pending review.
• Permanent ban of the user.
• Referral to Paystack and / or law-enforcement.
