How do I earn?+
Your reward is performance-based and scales with the plan your referral chooses — Agent Premium, Agent Pro, and Agency Premium/Pro each earn progressively higher commissions. Your live commission amounts are shown in your creator dashboard. Agents and agencies can join the platform for free; the reward only unlocks when they subscribe to a premium plan. Nothing is paid for free signups, fake accounts, or spam.
Do I need to pay anything?+
No. Joining the Creator Program is free. There's no signup fee, no application fee, and no platform fee. We invest in creators, not the other way round.
Can I become an agent or agency later?+
Yes. Creators are welcome to register as agents, agencies, developers, or property managers at any time. Your creator status stays.
Do creators keep earnings after becoming agencies?+
Yes. Your prior referrals stay attributed to you. Earnings already paid stay paid. New referrals after the role change continue to credit your creator account.
How do referral codes work?+
Pick any 3-20 character code (letters and numbers, auto-uppercased). Codes are locked to you the moment your application is approved. Share mnluxehome.com/register?ref=YOURCODE anywhere and the credit flows to you.
How long does approval take?+
Most applications are reviewed within 48 hours. We hand-review every one — no auto-approval — so we keep the program small, premium, and high-signal.
How do payouts work?+
Every qualifying premium subscription from a referred agent or agency lands as a reward row (with its commission amount, based on the plan) in your dashboard at status 'pending review'. Our finance team marks it approved, then paid, and you'll see it in your creator dashboard. Payment goes to the bank account you provide at onboarding.
